This superbly maintained and recently
upgraded Beechcraft Baron is
offered for sale as a ZERO LIABILITY. The
sale includes an Indefinite 100% guarantee at market value,
based on annual assessment. The
aircraft will be managed and flown by the originating partner; an
airline-transport-rated and experienced captain.
The fractional amount purchased is flexible and based on individual
need. Shares are a one-time charge of 11,000 each and offer one day
per month share. The larger the purchased
amount of shares, the more guaranteed scheduled days are allotted to
that owner. The scheduling program will be voted on by the owner,
the number of votes controlled is based on percent of ownership.
The aircraft was assessed at $249,000. The aircraft is
not financed, it
is owned outright by the originating partner. I am
offering 20 scheduled day/ share sections. The cost of each share
will be based on a twenty-day schedule in each calendar month. Each
scheduled day/ share purchased is $11,000. Of the ten remaining
days, priority will go to maintenance. The estimated operating costs
of a 58 Barron run at approximately $330 per hour, which includes
fuel, engine change and general maintenance costs.
Once
the estimated cost of engine changes has accrued in a general
maintenance account, the hourly operating cost will drop to the
price of fuel. The number of hours per share is approximately 50 to
satisfy the engine and general maintenance accounts. Fixed costs
such as hangering and insurance will be shared based on percent of
ownership.
The aircraft will be based at Tampa International
airport. I charge $300 per day for pilot service
regardless of the time away from base. Pay for pilot services only
when you fly. Your originating partners name is Robert Prey. I am a
47-year-old former airline captain with over 7000 total flight
hours. I will be available to fly on a one-hour notice, 24-7 when
the aircraft is not down for Maintenance.
